Erica co-leads a multi-award-winning Coldwell Banker Relocation Team in DFW focusing on employer-relocated clients wishing to rent apartments, SFH, townhomes, condos and other housing in all price points and throughout Texas. A results-driven broker-realtor, Erica has also established The Wells Collection, a high-performing brokerage delivering measurable outcomes in residential sales, leasing and corporate relocation. Erica has spent careers in customer-service, multi-family, student housing and real estate synthesizing missions and methods into a personal brand that can operate anywhere and be effective everywhere. Erica joined Coldwell Banker in 2016 after building her sales portfolio. Since then, her reliably high closing ratios and reputation for high-integrity deals have created a self-generating list of repeat clients, backed by a consistent track record of sales awards. Erica cannot be pigeon-holed for just being good at one thing; she is as successful with luxury real estate as she is with relocations and first-time homebuyers. A fourth-year member of the multi-award-winning WCRG Relocation Team, Sydney Houran is an adaptive, service-driven realtor with experience in sales, rental relocation, multi-family, hospitality, and events. She takes pride in her consistently high closing ratios, ensuring her clients successfully secure the homes they desire. Sydney has personal experience moving internationally as a college student and has moved cross-country three times herself. During her study-abroad term in Florence, Italy, she collaborated with Coldwell Banker 24 RE to study how hospitality principles enhance real estate practices and to learn about the unique issues of working with historical buildings. Sydney is a graduate of DePaul University, Chicago, IL.
